Details & Information:

The general schedule for planning an event goes like this... When you call Kate (ECGrill's Event Planner)
at 617-207-1477, with a date for your special occasion, we set up an initial meeting. At that point,
there are 7 important parts of any catering job that need to be considered:

1) Location & Number of Guests (food is a per person charge)
2) Timeline
3) Menu (styled to your personal taste, some samples below)
4) Decorations
5) Rentals
6) Bar (bar is a per person charge)
7) Labor (charged hourly with a 5 hour minimum for all jobs)

During the initial meeting, we will work out all the details involved in the areas mentioned above.
After we meet, Kate will submit a comprehensive proposal to you, which will include a
complete cost estimate for your party. We then conduct a site visit & take a deposit.
At the site visit, we can change any details involving rentals, if necessary.





Invariably, there's that percentage of friends and family that are
fashionably late to your party. Stationary Appetizers are a great way
to reward those who are on time with a bountiful selection of
nibblers to stave off hunger until dinner is served.
